Boo Makes Things accepts returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund. (Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.)

 

However, because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale

When will I get my order?

Packages are typically sent out within 5 working days of you placing an order. UK delivery times are an estimated 2-3 working days, international delivery times are usually an estimated 5-7 working days (some countries may take longer).

Packages within the UK are sent with Royal Mail Signed for 2nd class. Packages outside the UK are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed when available. Some countries, such as Canada, will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked, when Tracked & Signed is not available. International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs fees and/or handling fees. Buyers are responsible for any such fees.

What materials do you use? (aka allergy information)

Most items are made with acrylic or polyester yarn and, if applicable, plastic doll eyes with plastic backers. Any items that use wool, merino wool, or any other non-acrylic non-polyester yarn are stated as such. Please also be aware that Boo Makes Things creations are made in the same household as a cat and a dog. Creations are made in a smoke-free environment.

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any issues at all, please get in touch! However, please be mindful that,

as each item is made by hand, there may be minor differences between the photo and the product you receive. Yarn suppliers have slight variations between batches that are unfortunately unavoidable.
